About Us
Hello, we are House of Nine!
We are a group of BA Culture, Media and Creative Industries students from King's College London, currently organising an event named "A Message to Home" for the annual CMCI Winter Festival.
We are curating an exhibition that explores the question “What does home mean to you?” inspired by the idea that “Meanings of home are not universal nor are they static” (Meers, 2023, as cited in Anderst et al., 2024).
Our project invites participants to reflect on how notions of home shift across cultures, experiences, and senses, whether home is a place, a person, a smell, or simply a feeling.
